7. Wallet and payment terms (non-custodial)
- No key custody: We do not hold your third-party wallet private keys or seed phrases. Opening external wallets (e.g., Trust Wallet, TokenPocket) is under those providers’ terms.
- In-app balance: Balance records are service ledger entries for Meri features. They are not a bank account, deposit, or regulated e-money product unless we expressly state otherwise under a separate license.
- Recharge: You may be shown a payment address, amount, network (e.g., USDT TRC20), and memo. You are solely responsible for sending the correct asset on the correct network with correct amount/memo. Mistaken on-chain transfers may be irreversible.

- No advice: Nothing in Meri is investment, legal, or tax advice.
- We may freeze, reverse (where technically and legally possible), or refuse ledger credits in cases of suspected fraud, abuse, error, or legal risk.
8. Fees
Certain features may involve fees, network gas costs (paid to blockchain networks / third parties), or service charges disclosed in-app. Third-party wallets and app stores may charge their own fees.
9. Intellectual property
Meri branding, software, UI, logos, and related materials are owned by us or our licensors. Except for limited rights to use Meri as permitted, no IP rights are transferred to you.
10. Third-party services
Meri may integrate or link to third parties (Apple, Google, Firebase, AWS, crypto wallets, payment partners, etc.). Your use of third-party services is subject to their terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for third-party services we do not control.
11. Account suspension, termination, and deletion
- You may stop using Meri at any time and may request account deletion where the feature is available.
- Deletion is permanent: after deletion, the account is not retained for reactivation and cannot be restored.
- We may suspend or terminate accounts for Agreement violations, legal risk, security issues, prolonged inactivity, or service discontinuation.
- Upon termination/deletion, rights to access the account cease. Provisions that by nature should survive (liability limits, IP, indemnities, governing law) survive.
12. Disclaimers
